Common questions
How much is a car battery in Cape Town?
It depends on the battery size and the price level you choose. A small car battery on our budget level costs much less than an AGM battery for a start-stop SUV. WhatsApp us your make, model and year for an exact price on all three levels.
Why don't you list exact prices?
Supplier prices change often, and the right size depends on your exact vehicle. We'd rather give you a correct price in a few minutes on WhatsApp than show an old one.
I found a cheaper price online. Why is yours different?
Online prices often leave out VAT, delivery and fitting, and you still have to fit and dispose of the battery yourself. Our price is the full price: VAT included, a free test, free standard fitment by our insured workshop and a 2-year warranty handled at our counter. Send us the online link and we'll gladly compare it honestly.
Is there a charge if I don't hand in my old battery?
Prices assume you hand in your old battery for recycling. Without one there is a scrap surcharge, which we confirm when we quote.
